WebMy endocrinologist said it likely wouldn't and it seems like he was right, in my case at least. I don't personally know anyone else with PCOS who went through perimenopause, especially without hormone therapy. The only woman my age I know with PCOS had a hysterectomy before perimenopause and went straight to hormone replacement therapy.
